In addition, our house is located on the beach Mel, so you can use all mentioned while part of the family is having fun in a sea – there is no packing for the beach, there is no search for parking place – you stay in front of the house, there is cold drink in the fridge, shower awaits you, you can start preparation for evening in town or BBQ without packing and leaving the beach…

House 318 is located by the sea, on the beach Mel, and is intended to accommodate 4 families (10-14, max 16 people). The house has 2 spacious and comfortable level (110 m² and 90 m²) and a two large terraces with a sea view. The ground floor apartment has three bedrooms (6 pax, max at +2 extra beds), while upstairs there are two large bedrooms, for a 4 persons (+ 2/4 on extra beds). Both levels are equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for comfortable stay. Beside the house is a lawn area of 1800 m² ideal for playing children, and directly in front of the house is parking for 6 cars.
